HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders normally arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipping. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?

We are a small business, and it is tough to accept returns since the product is perishable. We do not accept returns for any order.
If the item you received is defective, report it to us within 24 hours by emailing sales@essentialagrofoods.com. (We take 2 business days to respond.) We will replace the product after verification. Please attach pictures or videos to show the defect. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in your mail.
