  • Order details: what you bought, when, and whether payment went through.
  • Website activity: pages you visit, your device and browser — collected through cookies and similar tools.

We don't see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by secure payment partners.

2. Why we use it

  • To pack, ship and deliver your order, and send you updates by SMS, WhatsApp, email or call.
  • To help you when you contact us.
  • To send offers, recipes and news — only if you have agreed. You can stop anytime using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP.
  • To improve our website and show you relevant ads.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the tax and legal records we must keep.

3. Who we share it with

Only with partners who help us run our store, and only what they need to do their job:

  • our online store and checkout partners (such as Shopify)
  • payment partners
  • courier partners
  • messaging tools for SMS, WhatsApp and email
  • analytics and advertising partners (such as Google and Meta)

We may also share information when the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.
