By using wellybelly.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They work together with our Shipping, Refund & Replacement, and Privacy policies.
1. Who we are
Welly Belly is a brand of Essential Agrofoods India Pvt. Ltd., Vrindavan, Near IDBI Bank, Civil Lines, Raipur, Chhattisgarh – 492001. Our online store runs on Shopify.
2. Using our website
- You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian.
- Please don't misuse the site — no fake orders, fraud, hacking, harmful code, or copying our content with bots.
- If someone misuses the site, we may block their access.
3. Product information
We try to keep product details, photos and prices accurate. The pack you receive may look slightly different from the photo, and packaging may change over time. Always read the label on the pack for ingredients, allergens, storage and best-before date.
4. Health information
Our products are everyday food, not medicine. Blogs, recipes and nutrition information on our website are for general knowledge only — they are not medical advice. If you have a health condition or follow a special diet, please speak to your doctor or dietitian before changing what you eat.
5. Prices and orders
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include all taxes.
- Shipping and COD charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Prices and offers can change. Each offer may have its own conditions.
- We may limit quantities, or cancel an order if there is a pricing mistake, the item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud or bulk resale. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners at checkout. We will never ask for your card number, OTP, PIN or password by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email. If anyone does, it isn't us — please report it to us.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds

8. Reviews and content you share
Reviews, photos and videos you send us must be honest, your own, and not offensive or misleading. By sharing them with us, you allow us to show them on our website, social media and marketing, free of charge. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
9. Our content
The Welly Belly name, logo, photos, videos and text on this website belong to us. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.
10. Other websites
Our site may link to other websites, such as payment pages, courier tracking or social media. We don't control them, and their own rules apply.
11. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the website running smoothly, but we can't promise it will never have errors or downtime. We are not responsible for problems caused by things outside our control, like courier network issues, internet outages or natural events. Where the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Indian consumer law.
12. If these terms are broken
If you misuse our website, commit fraud or break the law, you are responsible for the loss it causes, and we may suspend your access.
13. Law and disputes
Indian law applies to these terms. If you have a problem, please contact us first — most things can be fixed quickly. If not, the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh will handle disputes. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission or the National Consumer Helpline (1915).

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If any part is found invalid, the rest still applies.
