Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy:

We are a small business dealing in perishable food products; therefore, we do not offer returns on any orders.

Once the product(s) are shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@essentialagrofoods.com along with clear pictures and videos for verification. (We may take up to 2 business days to respond.)

After verification, we may provide a replacement product or issue a coupon code for future purchases. Monetary refunds will not be provided.

Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • Claims raised without proper photo/video proof or after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, you can expect a replacement. This is provided that you have proof of the product difference or damage, which must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours. Be sure to include photos and, most importantly, videos for verification. Once we approve your request, we will provide a replacement or issue a coupon code/store credit for future purchases. Please note that monetary refunds will not be offered.
  • If you open the packaging and find the item is damaged, please contact customer service. Include photos and videos of the defective product for your claim.


Refunds:

We do not have a refund policy. If products are out of stock after an order is placed, we will issue a coupon code/store credit for future purchases instead of a monetary refund.

Note: Essential Agrofoods India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met (Courier service/unavailability of the product). In such cases, the customer may be provided with a replacement, coupon code, or store credit at the company’s discretion.
