Shipping policy

At Welly Belly, we offer free shipping for all orders within India with a total value of ₹499.00 or more. A flat fee of ₹150.00 is applied on COD orders and ₹80.00 on prepaid orders below the cut-off. 

 

Estimated delivery:

  • Our estimated time to dispatch the order is 2 to 4 working days wherein the same may also vary due to the product not being available.

  • Once the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5 – 7 working days and the same may vary depending on the destination to which you want the order to be shipped.

  • Your shipping address and pin code will be verified with the database. In the event your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant’s delivery list.

  • In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Essential Agrofoods India Pvt. Ltd., Essential Agrofoods India Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product

  • In case you book multiple orders for the products and services in one transaction, Essential Agrofoods India Pvt. Ltd. would endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics issues. If you purchase multiple products in a single transaction, then all the products will be dispatched to a single shipping address you provided.

  • If you wish to ship products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

Order Processing:

  • We process orders Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST.

  • Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders with in-stock items are normally shipped within 3 business days.

  • For out-of-stock items, you'll be notified and your order will be shipped within 10 business days.

  • We'll keep you updated via email or other mode(s) about your order status and tracking information.

Delivery:

  • We use reliable courier companies and Speed Post to deliver your package.

  • We will send orders for delivery to our Delivery Partner(s) Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST.

  • Delivery times can be affected by unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, etc.

Delivery Issues:

  • In rare instances, delivery may not be possible due to factors beyond our control (e.g., poor service in the area, inaccessible location).

  • We'll inform you of any delivery issues and initiate a full refund, if necessary.

Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. We charge a processing fee of 10% of the Order Value for cancellation.

  • Post-Dispatch – No Refund.

  • The refund will be initiated within 24 To 48 hours and the amount will reflect in your account within 8 To 10 working days.


How can you cancel your order?

1. Log in to your Welly Belly account, select Orders from your profile and select the  order you want to cancel.

2. If you placed an order as a guest and did not sign in, Go to https://wellybelly.in/my-account/ and enter your email id.

3. Choose “forgot password” and set a password using the link sent to your email.

4. You will now be able to log in to Eatopia world and look at your orders.

5. Select the order you want to cancel and click cancel.
